Parking was easy and happy that it was included. I didn’t get to try the breakfast so can’t comment on that. The room that I got was small but worked for me - a solo traveller. I think if you had another person it would be cramped but doable if you two get along. The shower/toilet was also small but worked. The size didn’t bother me since the building is original and probably a few hundred years old!
