After arriving, we find no elevator and we have to carry all our stuff up a few flights of windy hot stairs. We get to the room and there's no AC. Finally got a fan that didn't do very much. Then there was the shower. The first day I get there and I see a squeegee in the shower, thinking cleaning staff left it behind. Later, after my shower I realized why it was there. The entire bathroom was flooded after a simple shower and I have to come out of the shower and start cleaning their bathroom. Instead of giving me a squeegee, invest in a shower door so I don't need to clean your bathroom each time I shower. Such a pretty looking modern building, with thoughtless design. Couldn't wait to leave. Also, there's no staff and the chat is an AI agent until you get to a human.

The room is clean, close to all the attractions in the Old Town, shops, and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable. I would have liked some fresh fruit as well. There is no air conditioning in the room, so I had to open the window, but I could hear the noise outside.
