"I’m a returning guest and have stayed at this hotel about four or five times, usually for stays of five days or more. I really love how homey and cozy it feels. The food options are great, and the room service menu is very affordable. Breakfast is included and offers a nice variety. The hotel is located in the city center, making it easy to get around, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I will definitely keep coming back."

"Breakfast had a decent spread . Staff for house keeping never showed up for days. Then on check out they wanted extra 20 dollars to clean a towel. I have stayed all over the world and have never heard of this. The manager was and staff demanded this fee and were extremely rude. The other facilities in the property are well below par. I would recommend Pullman . After this stay our company has decided to put all our staff at Pullman instead . They have a lovely pool and excellent ambience ."

"Great place to stay. A little less private for the rooms but definitely enjoyable. Servers were great, Rebecca, Sionna, Francine and Co were so amazing at their job, with beautiful smiles. Front desk personnel were impeccable and impressive! Security personnel very professional with attention to details. The only problem is prices of foods and beverages including water. Not every customer works in the mining industry or in the Congolese government ( getting and wasting free money). However, I would definitely go back! "
