(1,222 reviews) The hotel was great—very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Zue at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived until check-out, she was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help in any way she could. Her customer service truly stood out. We did have a minor incident with a supervisor named Abdul, whose approach was disappointing and not very customer-service oriented. However, Zue and Carlos handled the situation professionally and apologized multiple times, which helped resolve the issue. The rooms were spacious and clean, and noise from outside was minimal. The subway is just steps away, making it very convenient. While the surrounding area can feel a bit sketchy, we never experienced any issues. Overall, it was a great hotel for our quick trip, and we would stay again. Hotel is undergoing renovation so no bar, no coffee/tea etc. rooms with 2 beds are small with little storage space and small bathrooms. Rooms and lobby were clean and tidy. Overall I would stay again if I wanted a basic, clean room for the night near major subway lines in mid town.
