"Good hotel. Love the room. Enough storage. Best gym I’ve seen in a hotel. Not much to do on property. A hotel like this deserves a pool. I would have liked another seating area reserved for guests only. Great staff, thanks to Dorcas who works on the 3rd floor, very lovely. And thanks to Simons at the buffet. Overall a very good experience. I extended my stay. "

"On my arrival, I did not found the reception; contacted few people and someone received me in his room and claimed that he is the receptionist. It was in the afternoon but the place was so dark and without electricity. They took me to the bedroom but I could not stand it. Straightaway I told the receptionist to cancel the stay. I have to found another hotel to stay in the last minute. This is the worst experience I ever been. This is worst and deceiving, I do not know how the can put this hotel in Hotels.com "

"Although Mike is a courteous man, his place terrible. The Ad on Hotel.com is misleading. I didn't check in till 10 PM. The area is very dark and insecure. From the get go, Mike told me that the room I've booked was not available. He put me a small, mosquito infested room without basic items. I spent 1 night because I could call a cab. I left the place early in the morning. Please refund me for my entire booking. This was a horrible experience. TOTAL REFUND!"
