"Fond memories of old friends Property really great - reminded me of my first visit to Passage East some forty years ago and meeting Dermott Heffernan - a wonderful brother and friend - and to stay so close to where he lived was marvellous - hosts at Glendine were so welcoming and friendly and the kingsize bed room ensuite was really great even by Irish standards - must return for a further visit and to rediscover Waterford & surrounding areas - And to be able to again meet up with our other friends - Jim and Nora heggarty on the other side of the river - Thanks for hospitality and enabling us to again visit this part of ireland "

"Lovely, friendly owner Margaret who was so helpful with directions and advice about the locality. Huge breakfasts with fresh coffee or tea every morning, which set us up for the whole day. Relaxed atmosphere with a great welcome from 'Rolex' the dog. Loved it."

Unlike many other similar accommodations, Wilton Castle is privately owned and operated. It is a work in progress as only part of the original castle has been renovated to date.
