"Hello ;) We stay at Newtown Park Hotel from 15/07 to 20/07 of 2026. Family of 4. First time here. I work in retail so I know how important good first impression, customer service, etc... are. I could drop a long review sentences, but I decided to go point by point, short and sharp ;) 1. Main gate, car park, front of the hotel - very good. 2. Lobby - very good. 3. Front desk (staff appearance /customer service/general information/etc...) - very good. 4. Lifts (x2) - good (bit small for family of 4 with bags, but we gained more steps, by using the stairs ;) ) 5. Outside areas of stairs, our room, etc... - cleanliness, safety, accessibility, etc... - very good. 6. Room (two single, one double, bathroom) - You should work on bathroom air vents (not working) and maybe extra cooling fans in current hot weather condition, but overall very good. 7. Room service - very good. 8. All kind of staff appearance/customer service/etc... - excellent. I would love to go by names you were all amazing. 9. Food (breakfast, lunch, supper, snacks, etc...) - very good/tasty. "Liquid Bar food" too ;) 10. General toilets/cleanliness/presentation/accessibility/you name it - very good. 11. Swimming pool/changing rooms/showers/sauna - very good. 12. As a father I also recommend this place for families with infants/babies/etc... too. I suppose that's everything.
