Desk staff assumed that balcony was our primary need [it was a bonus with water view, but not the biggest factor.] Offered smaller/ interior rooms first. She ultimately gave us an upgrade to a very nice room. But it took us a while to get there. The property itself is awesome. "Breakfast started late in comparison to other countries. bistro was only open till 9 pm. Pool and gym were good but busy! Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. "
