"The Reef consider adding some local vendors to its restaurants...I wanted to experience real Caribbean food from Bahamian owned establishments. Also, please start enforcing the no smoking rule around the resort. Seeing people smoke cigarettes and cigars and discarding the "butts" around the resort took away from the ambiance. "

"The staff were extremely professional, polite and helpful!!! We always received the best care and tips of where to go and what to do during our stay! The room service and maid cleans were timely and I felt like there were always good people around to help make our stay more comfortable! The breakfast options were lovely and the pool side bar had great drink service and delicious food!! We would definitely stay here again! Special shout out to Nyla and Joshua for the great service for us during our breakfast mornings!"

Very nice and kind gentleman with a very warm personality. He goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. THALIA makes check in a very nice and smooth experience. (No complains from any of the staff…. Martina, Jorge, Chris , etc. Everyone was very nice and helpful). The resort is amazing, super clean, safe, food was delicious.
