Was not impressed with the rest of the staff as they acted very bothered and rude when asked questions, especially the women at check in with the blue framed glasses who never wore a name Tag. Rooms were very dim with no overhead lighting, only lamps. Was “upgraded” to room wity fireworks display for inconvianance which did nothing as there were no fireworks on display. Was very upset that hotel offered no beach shuttle at all as stated on this website.
