"This was my second time using this place and the same disappoint came again- the horrible boat cruise experience. The first time some years ago we were stuck in middle of a river, had to plead with a passing boat to jump in, I had an infant and my mother and wife. No apology whatsoever came. This time around . Another of their terrible boat cruise offering jammed with us and struggled to move untill it was literally dark and the only one left, What bothers me is that nobody apologised for all this trauma. "The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located in the CBD and near a few restaurants and bars. I couldn't download the rideshare apps, so i could not venture too far. Found myself going to the same places a couple times each. My flight was changed 4 times, so now i had an evening flight. The front desk was thoughtful and allowed an extended late check out. That was really appreciated and i can't thank them enough for that. Exceptional service."
