"The staff are wonderful, attentive, charming and incredibly helpful. The game drive's were fantastic with the guide brilliantly knowledgeable, patient and excellent at finding animals to view - we saw a pride of lions relaxing after a hunt, giraffes, zebu, antelope, hippos, baboons, naughty monkeys and hundreds and hundreds of elephants. The best part of Chobe Mopani Forest Lodge apart from the staff is the watering hole. We had breakfast and dinner overlooking the watering hole watching...

"A fabulous place with the most friendly and accommodating staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Our guide was the most knowledgeable man who knew the name of every bird and animal we saw. He could spot the smallest bird at the top of a tree whilst driving. He found us our first Leopard - amazing. "Overall I enjoyed the hotel, staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean, but they need a refresh. The rooms were old, worn. I did love the balcony and view of the watering hole (fun to see the many animals), the bed was comfortable, linens soft. We went to the Bomba show hosted at this property. Would highly recommend, food and show were great! Worth it."
