"We had a lovely welcome from the owner Pam, so friendly! She showed us our room and how everything worked and also gave us information about where to go for dinner. The pool looked a little cloudy but I think this would be down to the heavy thunderstorms that Gaborone was receiving. Probably not the best if you don't have your own transport - not a problem for us! Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Chose to stay at Cozy Palms while attending a conference at the Grand Palm which is nearby. Cozy Palms itself is fine, and the staff and manager very helpful. A basic motel-style place with cooked breakfast. Wifi was very slow with drop outs. The proprietor picked me up from the airport (arranged in advance) and also took me back there for my departure, with a stop on the way at the craft shop to get some (good) souvenirs. Definitely Cozy - just 6 rooms. There is nothing special about...

I had to re book on arrival. "The location is good as only a 10 mins walk from the government enclave however in the same block there is a tavern/bar that closed at 10:30 PM on Sunday night. That was quite annoying. The TV was only showing DSTV ads channel, nothing lhese. The room itself was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and WIFI was fast enough. Overall, if you just need to put your head down and do not mind the background noise till a bit late, it is a good option price and location wise."

"This place doesn’t exist! I drove around for an entire hour and a half trying to locate this property that leads to an abandoned day care for children. I hope expedia refunds my money. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!"
