"The room was just as pictured. Clean premises, beautiful pool. Great drinks, rooftop restaurant was nice and intimate! The only negative I would say is that the pool bar closed very early. At 7PM. You have to go across the street to the rooftop bar or order room service after 7."

"This was a unique experience. I enjoyed the atmosphere and serenity when I wasn’t in my room and construction was going on. I was a bit disappointed when I paid to have a king room and they gave me a king bed with a queen mattress on it I then cut myself on the wood frame and when I informed staff they promised to remedy the situation first by accommodating a new room and then later stating that while I went on my excursion for the day they would swap out the mattress to my return they did not do nor follow up which I felt was very unprofessional. I would have at least expected some sort of spa credit for my inconvenience but to flat out lie was crazy."

"Hello The Staff in this Hotel that I interacted with like Martin,Raymond etc were good.The Breakfast was decent as for The Rooms including The real Old School Windows furniture,small TV & bathroom they're really beginning to show their age like 1970's/80's.The Hotel is refurbishing The Swimming Pool well I maybe suggest they think about making The Hotel Rooms making this the next Area they need to address.I'll state this after my move to The Golden Tree I was in a Hotel Room that was only a 150 Square foot but it's decor compared to Room 416 at The Ramada Princess was easily better more Modern,tidy,comfortable it had nice Leather Chairs,a Dining/work desk with a really good Office Chair,A Electronic Digital Safe that reliably worked not sporadically,A 43 Inch Smart TV that had Movie Channels + a small Jacuzzi in The Bathroom.So as far as I'm concerned this is what I'd like & let's not forget this is a niche Budget Hotel not a big Resort Chain like Ramada Wyndham are.So if The Golden Tree Hotel I think made the correct decision to address improve & modernize all their Rooms Suites I'd suggest your Hotel & Casino should maybe do likewise.As for our difference of opinion over The Swimming Pool I'll say this when I go to use Expedia I expect whatever Amenity is listed by a Property then I expect when I book it that I don't get a message back after the fact to tell me it's not actually available.The info any Resort displays on Trivago,Expedia should be 100% correct..no excuses !"
