Could not fault anything. Hotel very clean and has everything you want or need. I have been travelling for many years but have ever experienced such friendly caring competent helpful staff, from bell boy to manager every one was first class. They really made my stay a pleasure.

The service by the staff was extraordinarily they all made such an effort to make my stay as happy and as content as the team could. This place is absolutely amazing. The rooms are spotless and unique, and the hotel is on a beautiful beach, but what makes it special are the staff. I was a solo traveller, and from the moment I arrived I was treated as one of their own. They picked me up from the airport, arranged boat trips, drove me to other beautiful places on the island and introduced me to some wonderful people. I have never experienced hospitality like this. Hotel room was fine, check in service staff good, even managed to get us transport to watch the eclipse at short notice. Restaurant staff inexperienced but pleasant.
