All the staff seem so well trained in customer service, they were all professional very polite, kind and welcoming. The manager Joe recommended what activities were available on the island, they organised for drivers from and back to the hotel. They helped me arrange all activities. I would highly recommend this hotel as the staff are amazing. The establishment looks like not in good maintenance, it's new establishment but looks older than it should be. When we were there, they are renovating the pool, so we cant use the pool. Location is great because it's near to the harbour for the land hopping.
