The hotel staff, from check in to housekeeping, were super friendly and warm - even though we struggled with our Spanish. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in La Seu D.Urgell. It is located on a busy road and the images kind of misrepresent this. If you are looking for a place in the heart of the township, or with restaurants nearby, I would chose differently."
