"Was a fabulous and much less expensive alternative to the Sextantio property. Had a full 2 bedroom apartment, with shower and nicely prepared kitchen area. Breakfast items and coffee/ tea service provided, with fruit, yogurt, milk in fridge. Cute area, with local shops and eateries close by."

"The property was very lovely, and the room was wonderful! They had the wood ready for the fireplace each night. Breakfast was very nice and the staff in the Cantina were lovely. We were there when restaurant wasn't open, so that was a disappointment, and the town was pretty deserted. However, it was so pretty that we would return to the area, and stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this rustic, charming, old farmhouse surrounded by acres of property The place is very quiet and calming and we enjoyed sitting on the courtyard with a glass of wine enjoying the quiet country ambiance. The house has two large bedrooms, and the bathroom has a large walk-in shower. No A/C, but the thick walls keep the place cool and the numerous windows provide a nice fresh breeze. "My husband and I spent five wonderful days at Il Giardino del Rio and enjoyed every moment. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for short walks through Castel di Sangro, or for drives through the gorgeous Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo and its scenic towns. The best thing about the inn, however? Proprietors Davide and Enzo, and Adnan. Each one made us feel like family. We already miss them!"

"Large 3 level apartment in Centro Sulmona. Everything you could need to stay there 25 days, which I did. Full kitchen stove,oven, microwave large refrigerator and freezer. Comfortable bed and showers. Washing machine and a host who will make your stay magical "
