Every morning an umbrella and two chairs will be reserved for you and your family on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beach. We also provide beach toys in our guest patio closet for the kids to enjoy during your stay. Our beach town home is located in the most popular section of Southbay and is within walking distance to dining, entertainment, shopping, and has become extremely popular for many return guest. Southbay by the Gulf is a community of privately owned town homes. This resort style community is located on 300 feet of one of the world's most beautiful private beaches with pristine powder white sand and crystal clear water. The property also has a 5 acre stocked freshwater lake to enjoy catching bass and brim. Park in your reserved parking spot within steps of your front door and avoid all those high-rise condo headaches. This privately owned two story beach town home has been recently updated in 2024 with shiplap ceilings throughout the townhome and a snack bar with Mini-Refrigerator to store all of your beach snacks and beverages. Beautiful, updated home right next to the pool and short walk to the beach. Location is close to restaurants, stores & plenty of activities. The communication was quick & easy with the owners. It was clean. It was a great location, right by the pool and a 2 minute walk to the beach. We had good communication with the owners and we had no issues during our stay. The beach is feet away from the front door. Destin is a beautiful town with a lot of things to keep you busy even in the off-season. We had everything we needed, for all ages. We ranged in age from 9 months to 70, and no one lacked for comfort. The grounds are beautiful, the home is comfortable, the beach is easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay and everything was as advertised. Condo was clean and well supplied and the location next to the pool was convenient. The beach towels for all of us and beach toys for the grandkids were great and they had a wonderful time. The beach is a minute walk away from the condo and was beautiful even after the hurricane. The owner is very responsive and super nice and he kept in contact with me due to the fact we were arriving a day after the hurricane. It’s easy to go back and forth from the beach to the home (even for little kid potty breaks!). Also right next to the pool, we love it. We felt very safe. The property grounds are maintained well and the beach was always ready for our arrival with chairs and umbrella. Host provided all check in information ahead of our arrival and everything went seamlessly. Our teens loved the beach and the nearby seafood, Sushi and breakfast restaurants. We also had fun feeding the birds and turtles at the little lake area.
