Enjoy waterfront Harbor views at our cozy 2 bedroom , 2.5 bathroom townhome and breathtaking views from our back decks! Accommodating up to 6 guests. Centrally located on Holiday Isle, docking for one boat up to 25FT MAX (NO trailer/boat/jet skis/golf cart parking AT ANY time). There is a nearby boat ramp named Joe's Bayou Boat Ramp, which is 3.6 miles from our home and takes approximately 10 minutes to drive and Destin Marina is also another option. Please give them a call and see if you may leave your trailer there as no trailers are allowed per HOA guidelines.

Regardless of your need for a place to escape to, we're sure that this home is the location for you to add some sunshine to your itinerary! Our waterfront townhome has both a spacious layout & a "home away from home" feel, and is located in a central location to beach access, water access, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife!
***During PRIME SEASON, take the WATER TAXI to restaurants and Harbor WALK.
BOAT RULES
We are "boater" friendly with our small dock and can ONLY accommodate up to 25FT (including motor) at our dock/BOAT lift. If you are planning to bring a watercraft it is important to know that we cannot go over this length of our dock space at any time (absolutely NO exceptions). We also can NOT accommodate trailer parking at any time, as it violates local HOA rules and regulations, so guests need to plan to keep their trailers at a local marina for the duration of your stay. We do require all guests to notify us if they are planning to bring watercraft so that we can ensure our space is a good fit for your stay. We can park a maximum of two vehicles (SUV, TRUCK, CAR) but no trailers, RVS, watercraft on trailers, box trucks-and vehicles can only be parked directly in front of our corner unit garage, not in neighboring spaces or streetside.

When you arrive after a casual drive through Destin & Holiday Isle, you'll pull up to our corner unit townhome, with parking directly at the front door. Our keyless entry will make arrival & coming and going during your stay a breeze!
Living room is where guests can enjoy being together in our light and airy living room with tall ceilings & natural light to enjoy through the back wall of windows & sliding doors. We have a comfortable sleeper sofa and couch, and large Roku enabled TV for guests to enjoy. Step out onto the back deck and overlook the canal and dock with some peaceful views & maybe the occasional dolphin sighting! There's plenty of seating to kick up your feet and enjoy your beverage of choice day or night!
Back inside, the dining area is open to the living room area, seating up to 6 around the large table together! Even the cook in the family can indulge in our open concept kitchen, creating an amazing space for families and groups to have time well-spent together. Our kitchen is stocked with a full suite of appliances (fridge with water/ice, dishwasher, oven, over the range microwave), all the small appliances cookware.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms.
Master bedroom with King bed with Roku TV and guest bedroom where we built custom bunks. Full mattress over King bed. This bedroom will have a guest bathroom.
A few important things to note:
-We are NOT pet friendly, no exceptions.

-Our cleaners supply a LIGHT courtesy supply of toiletries for roughly the first day or so of your stay (toilet paper, trash bag, paper towels, soap, laundry soap, dish detergent) but guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed. We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (ziplocs, foil etc) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items DUE TO SANITARY reasons.
-We do provide 8 beach towels for guests to use at the beach, as we ask guests to please wash and dry and place in basket the NIGHT before checkout
Respecting Property Boundaries
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that guests stay within our property lines at all times. Please imagine a straight line from our front door, down the driveway, and all the way to our designated dock space—that’s your area to enjoy!
Do not enter neighboring driveways, yards, or dock spaces, as these are private property. Our neighbors value their privacy and are not welcoming to trespassers. Let’s keep things peaceful and respectful for all.
