Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This condo sits in the heart of Destin a short walk across from the beach and features three pools and a tennis court. The secure gated condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sofa bed in living room, recently updated kitchen with quartz counters, refrigerator w icemaker, tv, patio, inside washer dryer. The outside amenities include a lake, outdoor picnic tables and barbecue pits surrounding the complex. There 2 are Queen sized beds in 2 Bedrooms and Full/Queen sofa bed in living room which could accommodate 1-2 guests. The Washer and Dryer is located inside off the dining area. Full bath is located inside one BR and second full sized bath is located off second BR. Kitchen has large refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal and range. Patio with sliding door entry overlooks the main highway/beach and Outside parking for another access outside.
