Sundestin offers an array of amenities that will make your Northwest Florida beach vacation unforgettable. Relax at the indoor and outdoor pools, or by the hot tub located just steps from the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available seasonally (for an extra fee) and allow for ultimate relaxation and no hassle. Several other seasonal amenities include a tiki bar. An on-site fitness center is available to guests along with a sauna and steam room. 3,000 sq. ft. of recently renovated meeting space make Sandestin the perfect location for a destination wedding, meeting, event or family reunion. Scenic Stays is the preferred on-site management company and with a 24-hour front desk, is available at all times for anything you may need. SunDestin unit 602 boasts neutral decor and gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from this sixth floor, one bedroom condo. The open living and dining area allows for plenty of space for family time after a day spent on the beach. Whip up dinner in the fully stocked kitchen and dine at the bar with seating for four, or plate up some snacks and gather in the living room for a family movie night. Complimentary DVD’s are available in the lobby, for all guests who rent with Scenic Stays. Sunrise with coffee for two on the balcony overlooking the gulf is one of our favorite features of this well-appointed condo. When you’re ready to turn in, the master bedroom with half bath ensuite welcomes you with a plush king bed for a comfortable night's sleep. The queen sofa sleeper in the spacious living room accommodates two additional guests comfortably. SunDestin 602 sleeps 4 people. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs. SunDestin Beach Resort offers an ideal location with no shortage of dining, shopping and adventure less than 4 miles in either direction. The water heater is an issue , you barely make it through a shower before it gets cold. My husband and I just waited for awhile in between. The check-in process is simple and easy. Quick and easy access to most restaurants and shopping. The location itself is great. Being on the 6th floor, you do get a lot of nosie from the kids playing down in the pool down below. In hindsight, I just wish we could of been in a higher unit. The unit itself provided everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The unfortunate part was having a 2nd vehicle we had to park across the bust Harbor Blvd behind the Chick Fil-A. The unit has been obviously neglected and needs an update. The bathrooms were small with no counter space and one tub with a shower curtain. The tub does not drain well during shower. The carpet in the bedroom needs replacing and the HVAC unit was very loud. The kitchen was decent and had a bar but no bar stools. The coffee pot was old and you couldn’t tell if it was on or not (the light didn’t work). There were no ‘creature comforts’. One pillow on the couch/loveseat. Had no ability to stream media to TV (not a smart TV). The balcony needs bar height chairs due to the rail header blocks the view of the ocean. Pool furniture was sparse. No restaurant/bar on the property. No washer/dryer in the room. Overall the building needed cleaning (glass doors on each floor hadn’t been cleaned in a while). If you’re looking for bare necessities this may work for you. Literally right on the beach, so it's quick and easy to get to the sand. Easy access to shops and restaurants all around. Wish we would of been higher up than the 6th floor as we had a lot of noise from the kids in the outdoor pool down below.
