It has been updated with all new beds, rugs, home furnishings and decor. It features plantation shutters and hardwood floors throughout. It offers an open floor plan on the first level with a fully-equipped, newly refurbished kitchen. There are amazing wrap around covered porches on the first and second stories (double covered piazzas) with lots of seating. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine as you wind down in the evening. It features three bedrooms and three full bathroom located in the wonderful neighborhood of Crystal Shores, in the Crystal Beach community of Destin. It is located only 5 houses from the beach, close to shopping, restaurants, bike paths. It is just down the street from the Commons Shopping Center, movie theater, Bass Pro Shop, Whole Foods and Publix and a variety of restaurants. Also includes access to the community pool (heated during the cooler months). When you are not enjoying the beautiful views of the Destin beaches, you can enjoy amazing “views from space” of stunning beaches around the world. The house is decorated with phenomenal photos taken from space of beaches and other extraordinary views of famous places across the globe. A treat for both the adults and the children! The Kitchen, which was just updated, includes generous countertop space, a dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. It is fully-stocked with pots, pans, bake-ware, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware. The dining area seats 8 comfortably. Bedroom 1: Ground-level bedroom (perfect for guests who cannot use stairs) features a Full Bed, will a single sized pull-out trundle bed, plantation shutters that keep the room dark, a walk-in closet, a full bathroom, and a side door that opens to the porch. Bedroom 2: 2nd Floor- Master Suite with a King Bed, large television, plantation shutters that keep the room dark, a large walk-in closet, lounge area, desk, private door that opens to the porch that has lounge chairs (perfect morning coffee location to sit). The private master bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub and double sinks. Bedrooms 3: 2nd Floor- Features a Queen Bed, television, plantation shutters that keep the room dark, and includes a couch that turns into a full size bed (great for two children or one adult). The bedroom includes a private bathroom with large walk-in shower. It also features a private door that opens to the porch that has a seating area and overlooks the front of the house. All of the bedrooms include high-end beds, mattresses and beddings. The home has an interior first floor utility room with a washing machine and dryer for your use. The backyard offers a patio with lots of outside seating and a gas fire pit. Her home is well appointed and comfortable. The neighborhood association is a bit intimidating but she lays out the rules up front so follow them! The only small issues we had were with the cleaning crew (one bed was left not clean and there was 1/4 roll of toilet paper total and no trash bags in any can except the kitchen) but Rebecca offered to resolve with a quickness. We enjoyed everything about the home. It was beautiful, the kitchen was perfect & well appointed. We were able to do our own laundry, and even though it was just the three of us, make use of most of the space in the home. The host was lovely, easy to reach, kept in touch and even appointed the home with a pack and play for our son. We hope to be able to come back in the not too distant future! Thank you so much! The owner was friendly and communication was easy. Unfortunately we were only there 2 days - damn Hurricane Sally. All three beds seemed different, but can only truly say that the king upstairs is really firm. Downstairs living room was comfy. I believe the owner said she has plans to update the kitchen soon, but it was cute and functional and stocked with basics. If you are a big cook, you may need to bring specialty items. overall would definitely recommend. ##### Lynn M. Communication with Rebecca was easy. It was actually closer to the beach than it looks on the map, which is a plus. Everything you need is less than a mile away. Our only negative had nothing to do with the owners or house but the HOA. They threatened to ticket us for being 2 inches past the fence line. It's a quiet neighborhood and it appears that the full time residents have nothing better to do but watch Renters. We'll be back to Destin soon. ##### The S. We loved every minute of our time here. We will most definitely turn. The walk to the beach was super simple. Liked that it was so easy to get to beach but yet away from the huge crowds and traffic. My family was displaced by hurricane Ida and the owners/managers could not have been more accommodating.
