LOVE Destin Golf Cart Inc 2 Pools Walk 2 Beach Access Beachside Sleeps 10 King!

Tropical Breeze is a private home located across from Crystal Beach in the upscale community of Terra Cotta Terrace in Destin, Florida. Just a few minutes to the private beach access you will find yourself on a soft sugar-white beach with dazzling emerald waters. You can easily walk to the beach or drive the golf cart. The 6-seater golf cart is included in the rental price.

Tropical Breeze is a three-bedroom, three bath vacation home which features a bright decor, a private balcony off the master suite to have your early morning coffee or late night cocktail, a garden tub in the master bath with shower for late evening relaxation, and a king-sized bed for your sleeping comfort. At the opposite end of the upstairs is a guest bedroom with two double-sized beds, a large walk-in closet, and its own private bath with a tub/shower combination. The downstairs guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a private bath with a walk-in double shower. Each bedroom has its own private bath. There is also a pullout couch on the main floor. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Technology: cable TV, Sonos Music Speakers, WIFI, SmartTVs, Apple TV’s. New 65” OLED Smart TV installed. All bedrooms have a TV.

Outside:
Private full-size pool is NOT a plunge pool. There is an outdoor closet with beach chairs, rafts, pool toys etc. The outside deck was recently restored and a new grill is onsite. Our house is also dog friendly.

Check-in and check-out notes: For Summer, stays are from Sunday to Sunday. It's less busy to travel and get your groceries on this day!! If wanting to stay longer than 7-days when booking and we can provide options.

What a great place for family vacay!

Absolutely wonderful place, great location, and easy to communicate with owner. Paradise Home away from Home

Our stay was great! The home is in a perfect location, away from all the craziness of the main drag, but close enough to walk to the beach in a few minutes. The small touches for thw kids was so nice. We brought a portable crib with us, but there was one already in the home, so we didnt need to lug one down and up the stairs for our 7 month old. The golf cart was an awesome touch too, we could get almost anywhere we wanted in it, so it was super convenient! We will definitely be booking again.

End of winter getaway

We were happy with our stay at Tropical Breeze, with very comfortable beds, the use of our own heated pool and the use of an electric golf cart. It was so nice getting around the neighborhood with the golf cart and not have to use our own vehicle. Tropical Breeze is close to shops, public beaches restaurants and a grocery store. We also enjoyed the "walkability" of the neighborhood. Also, easy communication with Car, answered any questions (though not many) we had about the property.

We celebrated my husband’s 50th b day in Destin FL. Our check in and check out was smooth. This home was well stocked and comfortable. The pool was an added bonus, Car was an excellent host and helpful along the way with any questions. Golf cart was clean and new - very nice for heading down to the beach for the day or taking a ride to Kenny D’s on the route for lunch. My biggest use was the large tub in the master for those late night soaks. And the beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Exactly what we needed for a good few days away… We would definitely rent this home again.

Tropical breeze is a beautiful place. Communication with Car is quick and top notch. The home is fully stocked with anything you want. The new floors are gorgeous. The pool was heated and felt wonderful. We had a blast celebrating a 50th birthday. House was very clean and comfortable. The golf cart was really a cool amenity. We fell in love with the people at Kenny Ds restaurant. Was fun taking the golf cart out to eat. Beach access is close and easy to get to. This will be my new home away from home. Absolutely Worth It!

I loved this house and Car’s communication from the beginning. This house is a 7 minute walk to the beach with PRIVATE beach access!! It was a beautiful home and everyone I brought along enjoyed the beds, the pool, and the cozy living room. There were a few slight snags in the beginning, but Car’s communication made everything spectacular. There’s a good amount of kids beach toys in the outside closet as well which was super fun to dig into. The speakers located in the master bedroom and dining room were also great for bluetooth so everyone could play music. I can’t wait to come back to Destin!

Property was nice. Beds comfy. Seating nice. Pool small and a bit to enclosed felt a little claustrophobic. I usually bring my own pan to cooked breakfast but forgot and the pan were bad. We have alway been right across from beach. So didn’t go as much because didn’t feel like carrying stuff and even to get closer hard to wheel wagon up concrete barrier. Loved the golf cart. We always rent one so have it there was nice. Overall we had a great time but will look at other properties for a better pool and better beach access.

Great family vacation spot

Enjoyed our fall break in the center of Miramar beach. We walked and drove the golf cart to six different restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked. Thank you to Car for all of the supplied coffee pods!!! Plenty of room for us, my in-laws, our two kids (4 and 9 yrs). Especially nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool is protected from the wind which was AWESOME for the rainy days. The beach/pool closet had a great variety of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and pool floats. The provided pool towels and beach sheets saved SO much room packing. There isn’t golf cart parking at the beach entrance, but there are other public beaches nearby if you really wanted/needed to drive instead of walk. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad (our tired 4-year-old made just fine). The beach area designated for the neighborhood was pretty small. But we were able to find second row spot for our stuff during fall break without a problem. There was great communication from the owners and self check-in was effortless.

Great time at Tropical Breeze.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We come to Destin often and this has been one of our favorite homes. We were two families with children of all ages and the house was very accommodating. It was very roomy for the 10 of us and had plenty of bed and bath space. Even though the houses are close, the backyard with the pool is private. There’s a large fence which gives you plenty of privacy. The pool was great and the kids loved playing in it after being in the ocean. There is an awesome Sonos speaker inside that has amazing sound and is easy to connect to. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the private beach. The private beach is small but there’s enough room to set up a canopy or umbrella and then enjoy more of the beach. It wasn’t crowded when we were there and we could get a spot any time of the day. The golf cart was fantastic. We would load everything up for the beach, take it down there and then come back and park it back at the house. There’s no parking at the beach but it’s close enough that walking without a load of beach supplies wasn’t an issue. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to everything. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, Tropical Breeze will not disappoint.

Home Away From Home

If you are looking for a very comfortable place to stay, look no further! This was the perfect vacation for our family. From the moment we walked in the door and smelled the cleanliness, NOT the over use of bleach like some places we've stayed at through VRBO! The decor was a perfect beach heaven! You could tell that the owners and property manager took pride in the house and wanted to make sure that everyone staying there did too! The sheets and bedding were so soft and comfortable especially being sunburned. Again, the last 2 VRBO vacations that we booked, the pillows were flat, the sheets were dry and itcy and the sofas and blankets were very uncomfortable and made our stay unpleasant. At TROPICAL BREEZE, it was hard for us to want to leave because it was so cozy! It was such a bonus that they had not 1 but 2 pack and plays there and they dont charge you extra for them like most places. Traveling with our granddaughter we have enough stuff that we have to bring, and they have lots of games and beach stuff as well. They also have everything there that you could need so you dont have to waste money buying things that you need and wont really use again or dont want to pack to bring back home. We are already looking for dates to stay there again next year! The golf cart was what initially caught our eye but after arriving we realized this was the total package! Thanks for taking such pride in your rental.

We were very happy with our stay. If considering this home I would suggest realizing the beach access is a small space that is in between two other sections Not a big deal at all just your access for private beach is small. Having said that it is all we needed. One day setup late and was further back then we wanted but not a big deal at all. Short walk to beach or can shuttle on golf cart. Cannot park and leave golf cart which is fine. Just good to know. The house is simple and cute. Nothing fancy. Which is not needed. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of infant items there which we brought our own and did not need but wish we would have. So don’t pack a pack and play. A sit me up seat. Very nice those things are there. The pool was a great convenience Not a splash pool and small. It was perfect!! House is spacious. We had 6 adults and an 11 month old. The communication between the manager and us was top notch. Any questions or issues they were super fast in response and solution. We left behind some beach chairs, an air pump and three umbrellas and hope other families will enjoy our contribution! Overall would highly recommend this place
