Welcome to "Ocean Effect", an entertainment paradise in Destin, Florida! "Ocean Effect" is a 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom house located at the entrance of Destiny East and across the street from the beach.   
  
"Ocean Effect" offers a spacious and open layout floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, two stories with bedrooms on each floor, all new chic interior design with beautifully appointed furniture and furnishings, and lots of amenities and conveniences that you and your family will appreciate. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and features a large floor plan with a king size bed, a Smart 4k television, a large closet, and a four-piece ensuite master bath. On the first floor you will find two additional bedrooms, one with a full-over-full bunkbed and a second room with two queen beds.   
  
"Ocean Effect" also features the following:

Destiny East is a gated upscale neighborhood located across the beach in Mid-Destin. The neighborhood built a $4 million dollar community center, Club Destiny, which is available to our guests free of charge all year around. Club Destiny offers a very large seasonally heated community pool with a waterfall. Other activities in the neighborhood include a hot tub, a 22-Acre lake for relaxing and fishing, a cooking pavilion, a large children's playground, clubhouse, a putting green, an exercise room, basketball hoop, tennis courts, and a 25-seat enclosed movie theater where you can watch your own movies! There is also another pool on Scenic 98 on Four Prong Lake to stop by on the way to the beach.

Location was great. Only issues were these:.Dishwasher doesn't clean dishes. Knives had peanut butter, forks had dirty food on them. Dryer does not dry clothes. Hair on wall of shower from previous guest. Advertised bicycle had flat tire No bbq grill as this was the one we most disappointed in. It's on the photos and listed as part of the package. We were given a 35 credit/refund.
