The pool and area around it was large and very clean, we spent lots of time there as the beaches were at double red flag for 4 days. Played games in the pool house in the evening as there seems to be more room for that. All rooms were clean and large, beds were comfortable. Owners were very responsive with minor issues and communication was great. Golf cart was nice to have for coffee runs and shuttling stuff to the beach. The house was beautiful, clean, and incredibly spacious. There was plenty of room for our entire group to relax comfortably. Every bedroom had a large, cozy bed, and we never felt cramped at all. The pool was amazing, sparkling clean, and the perfect spot to unwind after the beach. Speaking of the beach, the location truly can’t be beat. It’s just a short walk and you’re right on the sand. Many many lights were out in both the house and the pool house. Neither icemaker worked in either refrigerator, the furniture in the den was terrible and had old covers over them nothing like the pictures. The property manager was nice to work with and came to our aide when the air conditioner was broken in the pool house, but the overall maintenance of this house leaves much to be desired. ##### Ramona G.
