KITCHEN:This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals for large families. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. The island will also provide extra seating.

DINING ROOM: The dining room is part of the open concept design with a beautiful table with plenty of seating.

LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is also part of the open floor concept. It is full of natural light and the perfect place to watch your favorite shows on the large 55-inch, HD flat screen.

LAUNDRY: Includes 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all of the bathroom linens stored here.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM #1: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower.

- Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.

- Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

- Weddings & Large Events are permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

We do offer a cancellation policy:
If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
