The home is beautifully accented with wood beams, blending a modern yet cozy atmosphere. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a huge island, top-of-the-line appliances, and ample seating, making it perfect for families who love to cook and gather. From the upper balcony, enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf. Step outside to the private 14x30 pool and 8-person hot tub, which can be heated seasonally from October to April for an additional fee. Enjoy outdoor meals with the gas grill on the patio, perfect for cookouts. Just a short walk to the beach, Summerland offers easy access to coastal bliss.
