Crystal Beach is home to colorful classic-styled beach cottages, intimate condominium buildings, white picket fences, meandering sidewalks and quaint eateries. This community is family-centric and here, the unwinding is easy! But don’t think excitement isn’t on the menu though as this area features the Destin Commons – home to upscale shopping, multiple dining options and venues ideal for entertaining the entire family. Additionally, two of the most highly rated golf courses, Kelly Plantation and Regatta Bay, are just seconds away. Crystal Beach is a wonderful location due to the fact that it sits centrally located between Downtown Destin, and Miramar Beach. Travel to Downtown Destin to explore Destin’s thriving historic harbor district. You can stroll along the harbor to view all the fresh catches coming in from the Gulf, then dine at one of the many locally owned restaurants to take advantage of delicious fresh seafood. If you were to travel east to Miramar Beach be sure to check out the Silver Sand outlets, and The Village At Baytowne Wharf for a fun time for the whole family.

Lemon Fish is a quaint little beach house with a large private pool and sleeping for 8. Located in Crystal beach (east Destin) this home is walking distance to restaurants and shopping including local favorites such as Johnny O'quigley's sports bar and the Camille's beachside cafe. Enjoy the spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath home with one of the nicest private pool decks in town. There is plenty of outdoor seating and gas BBQ grill. Perfect for those summertime cookouts!

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Patio Access, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower and Laundry.

Nice clean house 2 blocks from beach and many restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Nice stay. The upstairs king master suite could use a new mattress, major lump right in middle of bed. Could also use some good sharp kitchens knives. TV directions would also be beneficial.

The house was smaller than expected and could use a good spring clean. I am pretty particular on cleanliness The air conditioning works fantastic upstairs but not on the lower level. The pool was bigger than expected and the customer service from Oceanreef was outstanding!!!! Would definitely rent again

Nice Neighborhood- loved the pool!

The house needs some TLC, but overall a nice rental home. The walk to the beach is a half mile, not difficult, sidewalk the whole way. The pool was great to relax in after a day at the beach. The gas grill is unusable, only one of the four burners lights and the grate was disgusting. The kitchen cupboards are very disorganized, but if you search most anything you need in the kitchen is there. The property managers were very easy to work with. For those with small children, beware the staircase to the second floor is a pretty steep spiral. I held on to the rail up and down! Overall, we enjoyed our week at Lemon Fish, there were just a few things that could have made it a 5 star place.

Overall our stay went well & met the need yet our overall stay was diminished by the following issues: it appears mildew was in the plastic curtain of the master bedroom, the lock on the master bedroom door doesn't work (one of our kids practically walked in on me undressed as i knew i had locked the door), the handle on the tub in the twin bathroom seemed to be broke upon our arrival but was left unrepaired, the bottom draw of the fridge seems to be off track/broken, 2 of the wands for either the blinds/curtains came off when simply pulling them closed (likely can be put back up), the sofas have a few stains/dirt spots & it seems a few blinds throughout the house are bent/missing, queen bedroom door was locked upon our arrival, wifi went out the night before & stayed out until we checked out, housekeeping came to clean before checkout interrupting our checkout (i felt like we had to ruah since housekeeping was waiting on us to leave) & i called a week before to verify the checkpoint but was told it wasn't true only to be met with traffic & havito disclose my peraonal information because we are from Louisiana. That experience really made me feel frustrated & sibgled out. The checkpoint stated they had been there since March so why i was told there was no checkpoint was suspect.

Nice but dated interior

The overall summary should describe stairs it is a spiral staircase that is very hard to maneuver let alone carry suitcases upstairs. The property is average needs updating the carpet upstairs is dirty with stains literally can see toothpaste stains near bathroom sink in the master .and lots of bugs in the kitchen and outside around the pool. The pool has stairs but no railings. Nothing in the kitchen for cooking like any spices or oil, aluminum foil nothing. Ad says some in kitchen bring if your a fancy cook but we found nothing. We enjoyed our time the best part was a private pool.

Overall was good! The pool saved us when the beach was to much for my son!

The house is very cute! Smaller then what I expected but okay for the 5 of us. The only issues I had was the house was NOT cleaned proper (we had to clean) dirty thong/underwear in draws and under bed, food on the side of bed & under sofas, the closet door was broken, grill was disgusting (previous guest didn't even attempt to clean) & we had to buy batteries for all remotes! We did early check in, I was unaware at the time that if we did that we skip inspector. If I knew this I wouldn't of checked in that earlier. GREAT part was OceanReef was very great with all our concerns and helped us as much as they could. I will be renting from them again next year because there customer service was fantastic even when I got fusterated!
