We offer a street legal battery powered golf cart at the property for rent to help you navigate the area without worrying about parking your car. You must be 25 to lease and drive a street legal cart and an insurance lease agreement must be signed. It was our family’s first trip to Destin and this beach home was definitely the frosting on the cake. Clean, comfortable for grandparents and teens. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach or a quick drop off with the golf cart rental. Close to restaurants and food delivery was accessible. ##### Theresa A. Bre was incredible to communicate with, quick answers, and so helpful! The house slept 13 girls comfortably. The pool heater was amazing at night when it was a little chilly outside, so worth it! Perfect location to the beach. So much to do in the area close by. Highly recommend this stay! We can’t wait to rebook for our next girls trip! ##### Abby M. The golf cart was great. Never once did we use our vehicles. Easy access to everything we did by golf cart. Bre was a great host and answered all our questions in a timely manner. This was another wonderful family vacation! The beach house was well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for our evening meals. We all loved the backyard pool when we returned from a day at the beach. We loved all the beachy color’s throughout the home and there was plenty of space for everyone. The hostess, Bre, checked in on us, via email, throughout our stay. This hostess and this beach house made our trip GREAT! ##### Judy B. This year we went to Destin and absolutely loved this property. It was spacious enough for my family and in laws. Our teens loved the bunk beds. The private pool is perfect. Bre, the manager is so helpful and friendly. She always responds promptly. You are minutes away from the beach and lots of fun activities. Restaurants and stores are nearby. It’s a perfect location. We had such a great week staying at the Cashmere Coconut. We were a group of 7, ranging in ages from 2 - 73, and the house was fantastic for all of us. We rented their golf cart, which I would highly recommend, and just loved the neighborhood that the house was in. Bre was FANTASTIC to work with. She even answered questions that I already had the answers to (which was totally my fault for missing) in a super speedy manner, which was so appreciated.
