The gracious floor plan allows everyone to take advantage of having all guests under one roof with the privacy of having your space with the private pool, patios, balconies, and game room. Upon arrival, tiled mosaic steps lead you to the second-floor entrance which hosts three of the bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom with king bed, boasts a private balcony with comfy chairs overlooking Lake Caroline. Sit inside & enjoy the charming bench window with a plethora of sunlight or sit outside enjoying the outdoors. The ensuite bathroom has a single vanity, private soaking tub and tiled shower and commode and the room is complete with a walk-in closet. The 2nd guest bedroom has access to the front porch with two adirondack chairs, tall ceilings and the bathroom has a tiled shower with vanity and quartz countertop. The 3rd bedroom sleeps three in a twin bunk over full bunk and has a beautiful free-standing tub with shower. All three bedrooms have flat screen TV’s, ceiling fans and closets. If washing clothes is your favorite past time a stackable full-sized washer and dryer is available on this floor. The top floor opulence speaks for itself with an incredible space for engaging in memorable conversations. The entire living space, kitchen and dining area is blessed with the warmth of beautiful hand scraped wood floors, natural sunlight filtering through the vaulted ceilings, wood beams and the abundance of windows encompassing the area offering incredible views and two great balconies! One balcony off the living room provides views of the Gulf pass and the other is off the kitchen with a view of the Harbor, both allow you to watch the colorful sunsets. The kitchen will not disappoint your family or guest chef. The kitchen is equipped with copper light fixtures, Kitchen Craft cabinets with under-mount lighting, granite countertops, farmhouse sink and stainless-steel appliances reflecting a sense of class and cleanliness. Appliances include one of two refrigerators, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler along with offering a choice of a combo Keurig/Coffee maker for your brewing pleasure. The dining room table offers seating for (6) and the counter stools with seating for (4). Feel free to dine alfresco on the patio off the kitchen, seating for (2) and let your chosen grill master create a feast using the gas grill on the upper deck. Powder room is located on the top floor. The open living area features a large flat screen TV with (2) large sofas and (2) chairs where you can snuggle up to enjoy movies, play games around the coffee table or just kick back with a great book. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Waverly Circle. The close proximity to the beach was my favorite part while my son and his friends enjoyed the pool. Also loved the balcony for morning tea time. The management team was friendly and promptly provided assistance. If I could suggest anything it would be to provide instructions on working the entertainment system. The house was perfect. The private pool was just the right size, not too big and not too small. The proximity to the beach was ideal. The beach felt like a private beach at times. Not crowded at all. It was gorgeous. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was ample space for our party of 10\. The Destin Pointe community was so quiet and peaceful. We will absolutely be back. ##### Nicole M. House was very clean and pictures represent well what property looks like. We had 8 people and plenty of space. Our teens loved the pool and used it more than we thought they would! Beach was a fairly close walk and very nice. Rental came with daily set up of beach chairs and umbrella. It also had extra beach chairs, a wagon, and umbrella. House had a lot of board games available and a small ping pong table. We had a few issues (stove not working for example) but the issues were very quickly fixed. There was a bike rental place just half a block down which was nice. The only negative I would say is that there really wasn’t anything super close as far as restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc - within walking distance. Also the basement bedroom (with bunks) has to go through another bedroom to use a bathroom. We would stay here again. Very nice property! ##### Jill R. Everyone fit comfortably! We were able to cook together, eat together, play games together, and relax! The kitchen was a wonderful space! It had every tool one could need to cook a great meal. The home had wonderful touches! From the beautiful floors to the accents on the beds- what a beautiful space. There was plenty of everything! The pool was also great! When the heater had a problem it was addressed immediately and fixed! The amenities were fun too! Highly recommend the tennis courts for pickle ball! Please note that there is no one manning the bike shack so bike rentals must be done through a private company. The beach is a short easy walk away. A great place to watch the sunsets everyday. We were 2 families, 2 adults and 1 teen and 2 adults and 3 teens. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen, dinning area, 1/2 bath and living room are located on the top floor with balconies on each end of the home. The back balcony over looks the small private pool and pond which was lovely. Bedrooms and en suites are located on the first floor. My husband and I stayed in the master suite which was incredible, also with a balcony over looking the pool and pond.The other bedrooms were quite small but nicely appointed.The garage has been converted into an extra living room and there is a small bedroom with 2 bunkbeds. The two younger teen boys stayed down there which they loved but there is no bathroom down there so they had to use the en suite bathrooms. There are also not outlets in the bunk room in the basement. There are a lot of stairs here, we were totally fine with it but know that if you have someone who is elderly or unstable it could be an issue. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, glassware, silverware and pots and pans but we did find it odd that there wasn't an ample supply of trash bags, paper towels, foil and/or plastic wrap and there was no "house" salt and pepper. We did end having to buy all of these things. The neighborhood and beach were amazing, roughly a 7 minute walk to the beach and the community pools were gorgeous as well. Worth paying the daily fee to heat the private pool in December. ##### Joanne V. Beautiful house in the best location in Destin. The house had everything you needed for a great vacation. The location is perfect to enjoy the beach. You can’t miss sunsets on the beach by the jetty’s! Girl's trip 2023 was a total success. House was perfect size for dining, playing games and plenty of room to sleep our group. Very short walk to the pool and beach which was gorgeous! The kitchen was fully stocked, and we cooked several meals and had everything we needed. We did eat out once at Bochamps and it was terrific. Check in was super easy and iTrip Destin the management company was so easy to work with. They answered all the questions we had prior to coming. The decor was fantastic and had a great time. Many of us travel alot and found this house very very clean which we loved! 10 out of 10!! The property was very clean and nice. The only disappointment was that the master bedroom balcony doors were previously broken due to a prior storm. Two different people came to measure for new doors at different times. Also someone came to measure cabinet for the microwave another day. My husband & I stayed at the house one morning waiting for the repairmen to show up and measure. We were never informed about this prior to renting. We had a good family vacation, the house is well maintained and fully equipped … the entertainment area is in the 3rd floor , so be prepared to carry all your groceries 3 floors up. The only downsides were the converted area in the garage , it IS a good space to house kids and teens , it has its own fridge and TV + sofa , ping pong table and bunk beds … it is only MISSING a bathroom !!! Anyone sleeping there has to use the bathrooms in the 2nd floor which are en-suite bathrooms, so at any time you will have them coming in and out to use the bathroom / shower (Please include this info in the house description)… the other downside was the parking space , the driveway did not fit two vehicles and we had to park by the tennis court parking lot… Besides that we had a nice time… administration / maintenance were really helpful (Sarah and Holly ), not that we had any issues with the house , just a flickering bulb and a lost package. ##### ALEXANDRA D.
