Located on iconic Holiday Isle, this fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is the perfect getaway for families, friends, or anyone looking to soak up the best of Destin. Comfortably sleeping 8, you'll find two king bedrooms plus a bunk room featuring a Full XL over Queen - ideal for kids or extra guests. This modern coastal farmhouse cottage townhome has been completely renovated from top to bottom, with no detail overlooked. Need a little work-life balance on vacation? Head up to the private loft, which doubles as a fully built-in office space and a cozy game room. It's stocked with bean bags, board games, and a TV - perfect for keeping the kids entertained while the adults unwind. Step out onto the upstairs deck off the king bedroom and enjoy front-row seats to the Monday and Thursday night fireworks over the Harbor (during Summer season). From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless — the cleanliness was truly impressive. The home is beyond cute with so many thoughtful touches that make it cozy and welcoming. The backyard is absolutely incredible — spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing or letting the pups run around. It’s such a rare treat to find a place this pet-friendly while still being so clean and stylish!One of our favorite details was the “Fav Gems” wall the host put together, featuring pictures and local restaurant recommendations (complete with daily specials!). It was such a creative and personal way to help us discover the best spots in town.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
