Sterling Sands, Unit 211 is DIRECTLY on the beach and gulf front! Assigned covered parking spot included. Sterling Sands is a stunning, oceanfront property in the heart of Destin, with one of the area’s largest and least crowded beach fronts. There are no streets to cross and the pool is also gulf front so you can enjoy the beautiful, breathtaking views of the gulf while relaxing at the pool. Enjoy the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, gas barbecue grills, and exercise room.

The condo has the hardwood-looking tile throughout. It is decorated with soothing coastal blues. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is a coffee maker as well as a Keurig. You can enjoy the stunning view of the ocean while sitting in the living room, kitchen table, or while preparing your meal in the fully stocked kitchen!

Unit 211 sleeps 4 with a king bed in the master bedroom, a full over full bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The master has a smart TV. The second bedroom also has a smart TV. Both bathrooms have new vanities with granite and tile flooring. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub.

There is a full-size front loader washer and dryer in the unit.

We use a door access code so there is no hassle with keeping up with keys. Free wifi is included with your stay. This unit also includes a designated covered parking spot in the garage! Beach Service is available to rent chairs, umbrellas, kayaks and paddle boards.

Sterling Sands is near attractions, shopping, restaurants, and right on the sugar white sands of Destin Beach. The balcony is the perfect place to see dolphins! You are just a short 5 minute walk to the Back Porch Restaurant. Directly across the street you can find pizza, subs, beverage store, beach store and ice cream/yogurt. Take a short walk to The Track to ride go-carts, putt-putt, bungee, bumper boats, arcade and so much more.

Incredible and breathtaking view. We loved waking up in the morning sitting on the small sectional on the balcony. Very clean and well-maintained, for the most part. We liked the owner’s attention to providing the small details of necessities, i.e. Keurig, dish towels, Bath&Body hand soaps, etc. Great location. The only reason we don’t give a perfect score is because the unit wasn’t ready at 4 when we tried to check in, and we had to wait outside in the heat with our luggage. The owner did apologize and everything was smooth sailing from there. We will stay again. It was amazing.

Awesome Stay

First time at this property & it was great. The location & amenities are the best on the beach. It has a wonderful ocean front view with private beach. Sterling Sands is the only one with a heated pool. The people were very friendly & the host was very kind, helpful & very responsive. Really enjoyed our stay & would recommend this unit to anyone.

Convenient location.

We enjoyed the covered parking and the beach chair service that were included with this condo. Views from the balcony were beautiful. The only improvements that could make it better are new mattresses and pillows.

Book Sterling Sands 211 now! You will not be disappointed. There is a reason for all the positive reviews and my husband and I completely agree. One of the most enjoyable aspects was the glass panels on the balcony giving an unobstructed view of The Gulf Of Mexico! Simply breathtaking. It was a pleasure talking with Stacey (the owner). She answered all our questions and told us not to hesitate reaching out to her. The afternoon we checked in I laughed and told her to start the eviction notice because we were not leaving! I have attached a picture of the view while enjoying the new Adirondack chairs purchased just a couple weeks ago. The balcony also has new cushioned patio furniture. You will not regret your decision to book this condo.

All the comforts of home/ with a million dollar view

My husband and I just spent the week in this beautiful condo. We enjoyed everything about it! The furniture and bed was very comfy and they are very generous with the towels and wash cloths.The location was very convenient to the elevator and has a prime spot in the parking g garage. Our host, Stacey was very professional and gracious! She was even able to get us into the condo a little early! She was very prompt in returning my text! I would definitely recommend this lovely condo to anyone!

This condo was very modern and clean. Location is walkable to a beach merchandise store and some take out food/sit down restaurants. Only a 7 min walk down the beach to restaurant right on the water. Parking and beach service being included with the rental set this property apart from some of the others. We enjoyed our stay very much and will seek to rent again if we make our way back to Destin!

Perfect Vacation Spot!

This property has unobstructed views of the gulf and pool! It is beautifully decorated with costal vibes. The owner was awesome and so easy to communicate with. Checking in and out was a breeze! You can definitely tell the owner cares about you and the property. We did have some concerns with the cleanliness of the condo, but we were informed that the condo had been mistreated prior to our arrival. The condo is perfectly located in Destin, with easy access to the beach. Close to many restaurants and businesses. Our girls enjoyed swimming in the heated pool everyday even when the outside temps were a little chilly. My only critique is that the condo could’ve been a little cleaner. Check in was easy and all instructions/codes were provided.

Great condo! The view was beautiful and we liked being able to just walk down the stairs to get to the beach. Really loved that the chair/umbrella service was included, plus the condo had boogie boards and extra chairs in the unit. Stacey was super friendly, helpful and very responsive. Definitely recommend!

Great location and view

Great location to get to all the things around town if it’s a rainy day or want to do something other than the beach. However, you don’t have to leave the condo with the great view, condo amenities, and beach chairs included. We were there for a cheer competition so loved having coffee on the balcony (there is both a coffee pot and keurig option) and afternoons on the beach. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Beautiful Location

First time in Destin and first time using VRBO. Location was great, lots of activities close by, easy check in and perfect parking in the garage. The condo does need a little tlc though. The mattresses were well worn, the main shower was a challenge to get into and the shower heads almost took my skin off. It also would not be amiss to have extra paper products in the bathrooms.

Beautiful views and very convenient location

Our family loved the beachfront view and the ease of access. The pool and hot tub were great. The condo was located close to the grocery stores and walking distance from restaurants (The Back Porch was awesome) and several souvenir shops and we also took advantage of the grills in the common area and stopped by Blalocks Seafood Market which was very close also for some fresh shrimp to grill. We had a blast and looking forward to our next stay. We planned on walking to Big Kahunas…but that will have to wait until next time as we spent all our time at the beach or the pool. The balcony was a great place for a cup of coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise too.

Exactly like the photos!

This booking was extremely easy and convenient! Very convenient location to lots of local restaurants and shops, as well as the condo itself was conveniently located near the elevator and parking spot. The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect to unwind and relax. The pool/hot tub area was very nice as well to relax after a day at the beach. Having the beach chairs and umbrella included was a very nice touch, it made it hard for us to want to leave the gorgeous beach! Our host was very friendly and responsive which put us at ease in case we may have any questions during our stay. It was overall a very relaxing and chill vacation and we will definitely be booking again for future vacations!!
