    A resort fee (for amenity wristbands and parking passes) of $15 plus tax per person (5 years old and up) must be paid during mandatory pre-registering online. Website provided in confirmation email.

    This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

    This was our 3rd trip and our best "home". We really enjoyed our stay. My husband missed his recliner but the extra sheets and ability to make the sofa into a bed was recliner enough.

    AC needs fixing!
    Great property and location. This unit's AC and ventilation were a problem. The floor never dried from cleaning before we got there and the guest bedroom had no fan and was sweltering hot.

    Overall it was great, only comment is that the 2nd bedroom is too small. Bed is pushed into corner and there is 18-20" between the bed and the wall so it's difficult to move around the room and there is no dresser or closet in the room so there isn't anywhere to put your clothes.

    A well appointed condo with a spectacular view of the beach. Very comfortable stay. Only one of the 2 bedrooms has a closet or dresser. This was not a problem for us, because there were only 2 of us on this trip. Having laundry in the unit is a great perk.
