This beachside estate features a 3-floor main house and 2-floor carriage house. The main house offers 4 bedrooms all with elegant en suite baths. On the 1st floor, you’ll find a chef’s kitchen with a Bertazonni Italian gas range, an additional oven, white cabinetry, matching appliances, oversized island, and breakfast bar. Abutting the kitchen, you’ll find an 8-person table. This floor also houses multiple living/sitting areas featuring classic furniture and chic décor, as well as an additional dining/gaming table. French doors open to a luxurious porch for the perfect outdoor entertaining space and wall-to-wall windows provide stunning views.

On the 2nd floor, you’ll find a master suite and 2 guest bedrooms, all featuring luxury en suite baths and two with Gulf view balcony access. The 3rd floor has a grand master suite featuring a Gulf view balcony, gathering room with wet bar, TV, and fireplace, along with a spa-inspired bathroom with 2 vanities, walk-in shower, plus soaker tub.

Connected by a 2nd floor balcony is the property’s carriage house. This sanctuary features a full kitchen, living room, and king bedroom with full bath. The carriage house’s downstairs features two custom built bunk beds (twin over full) to offer even more sleeping space for larger parties.
