Unit #1103 is a very spacious three bedroom/two bath condo located on the 11th floor of the Breakers East building, directly on the beach. This unit has a rare reserved/covered parking space directly outside the lobby entrance door, closest parking space to the lobby! Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: master bedroom- (New mattress August 2025) king size bed, ceiling fan, blackout drapes, cable TV; master bathroom with walk in shower, single vanity; 2nd bedroom-(2) Queen size beds, ceiling fan, 3rd bedroom a bunk bed and a day bed with a trundle. cable TV; living room flat screen cable TV/DVD; kitchen-fully equipped; full size washer & dryer in the condo. Tile through out unit fully renovated. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98\. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more. We took 11 people and it accommodated us all so nicely. The beach was beautiful the view was gorgeous. The room was exactly as described in the photos. The only complaint we had and it’s a small one was there wasn’t many dish towels or rags in the kitchen. But that’s nothing major. Access to the beach was easy as well. Unfortunately this week, we left early (our choice) due to Hurricane Helene’s expected pattern of arrival. The place was extremely nice and the view was incredible. Great amenities such as complimentary beach chairs and tent and a great parking space. The view from the balcony was excellent! My Mom hadn't seen the ocean in nearly 40 years and was up to catch the sunrise every day.
