Our beautiful Zula Dreams Beach house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and sleeps up to 16 guests (with queen sleeper in the living room) plus a pack n’ play crib (optional).

The beach is literally steps away from our house. We are the 3rd house from the beach access so it’s not even 1min walk to Pompano public beach access.

No Age limit, We welcome any responsible group (Damage Deposit required if under 25yr - see below).

Well behaved dogs are welcome with $150 pet fee for the first 2 pets. If you plan to bring more than 2 please let us know (additional fee apply).

We have a beautiful private pool in our large fenced yard for those times you need a break from the beach. Pool can be heated for $50/night. Pool heating fee paid separately after you book. We can not offer partial stay heating. We can heat the pool up to 86f. Chaise Lounges, hammock, pool floats and a 5 burner gas grill for great cookouts are also provided.

Upstairs Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utilities, blender, toaster, coffee maker and more, ready to prepare yummy meals with a large dining area and breakfast bar seating.

A large Florida room with a kitchenette and a bathroom watching over the pool so you don't even have to go into the house for refreshments or a quick break.

65” HD TV and sound system in the living room and Smart HD TV’s in all bedrooms & Florida room.

The kitchen, living room, dining room, large deck, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are all in the SECOND level of the house. In the ground level (where you enter the house) there are 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, Florida room near the pool with a kitchenette (small fridge, microwave).

2nd Bedroom (Upstairs):

- Shares upstairs hallway bathroom

3rd Bedroom (Downstairs):
- King Bed
- Shares downstairs hallway bathroom (door from room & hallway)

4th Bedroom (Downstairs):
- 2 x Full Over Full bunk beds (sleeps 8)
- Shares downstairs hallway bathroom or use pool bathroom

1 Queen sleeper sofa in the living room as an extra bed

A pack and play for your tote is also available. We do not provide linens, pillow or blanket for the Pack n Play crib.

Bathrooms:
Upstairs: full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Downstairs: Two Large bathroom:
1st bath has 2 doors: 1 from king room and 1 from the hallway has a soaking tub.
2nd bath in Florida room one has a walk in shower.

Also available:
High Speed internet with AC WiFi that even extends into the pool.
Smart HD TVs in all bedrooms, living room, and in the Florida room.
Washer and Dryer. Laundry detergent provided.
Beach chairs, beach cart and some beach toys available.
EV Charger - FREE Level 2 charger fits most electric cars - Tesla owners bring your adaptor.
Free 30/50 Amp RV Hookup and water

Front Deck:
Beautiful huge deck going out from the living room with swing and rocking chairs and dining table.

PLEASE NOTE: If the majority of the adult guests are under 25 we require an additional $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book.

Other things to note:
No more than 16 people are allowed on the property at any given time.
No Parties or events are allowed.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping at the house or near open doors or windows.
The house is located in a residential neighborhood and quiet hours of 10pm-7am are strictly enforced.
No loud music or amplified sound that can be heard outside of the house.
If the majority of adults in your group are under 25yr, we require $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book.
If no one in your group is 21yr we do not allow alcohol on the property.
