You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Retro Inspo 2 bedroom w/ hot tub
2 Bedrm, 2 bath home. With yellow happy tones, retro touches, original wood paneling. Be captivated by the beautiful desert landscaping and surrounding mountain ranges in 5 acres of land. This area of Desert Hot Springs also known as Sky Valley, is 13 miles to town.
House sleeps 4 people comfortably, but due to high demand on festival weekends we are allowing up to 6 registered guests assuming one will sleep on sofa. We encourage you to bring air mattress and extra blankets and pillows.
The space
Dirt road to get to the house. This home is located in a rural area, No street lights so it can be very dark. Be mindful of your surroundings, cayotes can be heard in the area.

We are surrounded by desert land. Although we have routine pest control it is not uncommon to have critters and wild life make it’s way to the home or property. From Spiders, vinegaroons to snakes (warmer weather) and coyotes.
A small four person hot tub was installed. DO NOT leave children unsupervised outside at any time. Do not unplug the jacuzzi. The only thing you should turn off are the jets. We do have pool cleaner come to service our jacuzzi 2-3 times per week every Monday or Tuesday and Thursdays . Do not add soap please.
Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. We are working on implementation. This device will read the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations.
Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.
