  • Enjoy both downtown and the great outdoors as this large townhome is located between Downtown Des Moines and Grey's Lake (walking paths/concerts). With 3 large bedrooms and two living spaces, there is plenty of room to spread out! The 3rd floor features a wet bar, space to hang out and a 900 sq ft rooftop patio. Parking is right by the unit (in front or the back).

    Host is not new to hosting and property is not new to being a VRBO so don't let zero reviews scare you away. Owner of the property took over hosting.
