Spacious and charming 4br home in downtown Pella

You will be close to all the shops and dining in downtown Pella when you stay at this centrally-located historic home. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms give you plenty of space to cozy up after a fun day of shopping. A well stocked kitchen and dining room with seating for 8 will host your family meals. Help yourself to the kitchen's coffee bar or walk a couple blocks to the local coffee shops in the square. The Clover Leaf Cottage is the perfect place to host your next visit to beautiful Pella, Iowa.

The Clover Leaf Cottage was built in 1892 and has a lot of history to share. This home has been furnished with modern comforts and provides lots of space for your family to lounge, dine and sleep at the end of a long day.

It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Victorian home with a side porch for sipping coffee and front porch for watching the day go by.

There is a king size bedroom on the main level as well as a full bathroom with claw foot tub. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, two of which has comfortable queen size beds. The 3rd bedroom is for the kiddos and has a twin over twin bunk PLUS a queen size bed. We also have a pack and play for the smallest members of your clan.

When I travel I love the comforts of home, so you will find lots of spare blankets and pillows to use during your stay.

The house has a full kitchen with island, dining room that seats 8, and large living room with 2 large sofas and a TV for binging your favorite shows.

Enjoy your evenings outside by the fire pit. The backyard is great for relaxing with family and watching fire flys.

We also have an on site washer and dryer for our guests to use during their stay.

Guests will have access to the entire house, except one closet that we use for supply storage.

I am available to answer questions during your stay.

The Clover Leaf Cottage is located in a safe , residential neighborhood 3 blocks from downtown.

Charming and Convenient

Our family loved this charming home for our first time visit to Pella for the Tulip Festival weekend. The location was perfect for walking to all the festivities. The decor was beautiful, clean, and modern, but not losing the authenticity of the historical look and feel of the home. We will definitely be back!

Tip toe thru the Tulips

Five women to come and enjoy Pellas tulip festival. Perfect location and Andrea even came and moved her car early so we could go early to celebrate!

Cloverleaf House

It was a lovely house especially if you love older homes and all their charms. It offered a new updated kitchen and baths. We found it very comfortable and very convenient to Pella downtown. Would definitely stay again. Very convenient to the hospital as the reason we came, was to be with our son during surgery.

Absolutely Ideal!

We met up with friends to enjoy Pella and everyone was impressed with this beautiful property. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is ideal, and downtown was walking distance for us. What a beautiful historic home with character and comfort. We loved our time and will return for another stay.

Beautiful, relaxing retreat

Was in town for a wedding and it provided the perfect retreat between rehearsal, setup and wedding. The house has great charm/character and matches the ambience of Pella.

Great location for a girls weekend!

Perfect location for a girls weekend! We were able to walk to most of our destinations and the house is amazing! We loved our time there. The only complaint I have is that there wasn't a trashcan in the main floor bathroom. Other than that easy fix, our stay was a dream!

Festive Stay

We absolutely enjoyed our stay over Christmas and were pleasantly surprised that the house was nicely decorated for the holiday. The space in the house is great with a really nice sized kitchen which we spent a lot of time in. It was nice to have a fenced in yard space for our dog to run around in. The location is great so we will definitely stay again.

Great historic home near downtown Pella!!

We loved the overall charm and location of this old home in Pella. We enjoyed seeing the local sites, biking on the Trail, and touring the windmill and historic village. The home was clean, easy to settle in and enjoy, and so close we walked up town to the farmer's market. If we return to Pella, we'll try to stay here again!!

Pella Charm

We had a wonderful time staying at the home. It was within walking distance to downtown Pella where there are a number of shops and restaurants. The owners were very responsive and accommodating meeting our needs. The home was very clean and provided extra pillows, towels and blankets. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for couple’s trip

Stayed with four couples for weekend of catching up, games, and big meals. We all loved it. Nice big spaces for us to cook and eat together. Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements and an easy walk to shopping in the square. Will come again. The Peanut Bar was a favorite for bloody Marys and mules.

Perfect in Pella

Could not been better. Charming elderly house with lots of nooks and crannies for hide and seek. Spacious, well equipped kitchen, large dining room with enormous round table providing space for 8, comfortable living room, and cozy bedrooms. Free Keurig coffee an unexpected welcome touch. Easy walk to downtown and the best bologna in the western hemisphere. Thank you Andrea for a great 8 days.

Family Get Together

Wonderful property that was perfect for us to call home for a few days. Only a few blocks from downtown to cute stores and great restaurants. Spacious, clean, well-appointed. Charming and homey. Comfortable beds. Low pressure in downstairs shower; however, upstairs shower has great pressure. The stairs into the house were somewhat steep and difficult to navigate, especially for us older folks. Easy and prompt communication with host. Flexible with check-in time which was greatly appreciated. We had a wonderful time and made great memories in this historic home. We hope to return next year. Thank you.

College Girlfriends Meet Up

A bunch of college girlfriends met up to reconnect and relive some memories from years past The cottage was a place to land, share stories, and catch-up. Some of us stayed overnight Friday and Saturday. All of the amenities were great! We made a breakfast bake in the kitchen and had snacks around the island later in the day. Lots of seating and comfy couches. The shower upstais has a handheld wand shower head and beautiful tile. Was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our time together.
