Staff was kind and responsive; even when they didn't speak English, they were very helpful and went above and beyond to provide for us. "The apartment was great for us to base our adventures in the south of Albania! Location is outside of the downtown area so theres peace and quiet. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I would come back for sure. "

"Newly refurbished hotel with lovely views out to sea. Some of the staff were friendly and very helpful, some slightly blunt and borderline rude.
