The Old Dairy, a single-storey barn, consists of an open-plan living area with dining seating for four, Smart TV, a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a utility with a washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard with astro-turf, decking, furniture, off-road parking for one car at the front, and an additional space to the side. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Guests can find the closest shop in 2.4 miles, and within 3 miles, a pub. The Old Dairy is your rural getaway, whatever time of year. Note: There is a step up to the entrance and a small step to the kitchen. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
The Neighborhood:
Brisley is a delightful village set in rural North Norfolk countryside, close to a number of market towns. The village of North Elmham is a couple of miles away and has a local shop, whilst Dereham and Fakenham offer a selection of independent stores, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The popular town of Holt is well known for its fine selection of quirky shops, plus the north Norfolk coast is just a half hour drive away so you can take your pick between the genteel villages of Wells and Blakeney or the more traditional resort towns of Sheringham and Cromer. There are a number of NT properties nearby and the coast is a haven for birdwatchers that flock to the area all year round. This area has a myriad of attractions that are available twelve months of the year.
