"A beautiful hotel with fabulous amenities. The food and service though fail to meet expectations . Service was inconsistent. Too many times feeling processed as opposed to cared for and looked after at the Four Seasons was a let down. The food also was better at the pool than at the branded restaurants. The brunch buffet was outstanding but other meals were mediocre at best."

"Desiree was amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made the entire process super easy for us. She even let us use two surfboards and two boogie boards for free, which was such an awesome bonus and made the trip even more fun.The Westy was such a great way to explore Oahu. We were able to see so much of the island, and everywhere we went locals seemed to love the van too, which made the experience even more memorable. It really gave us a fun, unique way to explore and feel like we were getting to know the island beyond just the usual tourist spots.Can’t thank Desiree enough for everything. She was a fantastic host and made the whole experience incredibly easy and enjoyable. Would absolutely recommend renting from her!"

"Location & views! This condo had everything we could need. It is in a beautiful quiet gated complex that has stunning sunset views on your private balcony. There is also a wonderful pool & hot tub available for days you want to stay close to home. It is easy to commute from here to all over the island without paying parking fees or being in a crowded hotel. Walkable to food and beaches (lagoons & coves with sea turtles). Ingrid is the sweetest host! She lives downstairs and will help as much or as little as you want. We will continue coming back to Kai Lani!"

"Our stay was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. The location was excellent, the house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The pool complex was really nice. We are already thinking about renting the same home next year! MIke and Deb were very helpful with the booking and arrival procedures. We would recommend this property to anyone staying in Ko Olina! "
