This is an above garage ADU. You will need to climb a flight of stairs to enter the space. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath: Each bedroom features a queen size bed with high quality mattresses, pillows, and linens. Queen size air mattress in property if wanting to accommodate more than 4 people. The primary bedroom also has a TV, stand up desk and extra monitor to make working at the place comfortable and productive. Bright & Open Layout: The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together seamlessly to make the most of the space. Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you need whether it's a simple cup of coffee or a thanksgiving feast! Coffee machine also can do lattes, cold brew, and other barista level drinks. Bathroom: Tub shower and double vanity offer flexibility and keep the bathroom from feeling too cramped. Laundry Room: High efficiency washer and dryer is available for use. Laundry detergent pods are provided as well. Living Room: We have several games, a smart TV and some records to make the most of a night in.
