Free parking & easy access to bus lines The space This one-bedroom one-bath renovated unit has a full kitchen and access to a full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and coffee and tea. It is also fully stocked with pans, dishes, and tableware. This spacious unit can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has a king-size bed plus one full-size sofa bed in the living room. The king-size bedroom includes a Roku-ready TV (with free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming platforms). The cozy living room with a fireplace is furnished with a convertible sofa, additional seating, and a Roku-ready TV (with free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more). A workspace, dining area, and fast internet are included. The updated tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower has towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Free off-street parking, private keypad entrance, and access to a fenced shared courtyard and seating area.
