We stayed for 3 nights in the VRBO, and it was a good stay. The place was clean, and communication with the host was thorough. It is about a 20-minute drive to Denver, where we spent most of our time. There are plenty of shops around the area, though. There is plenty of space for people to sleep in the two beds, which was really nice. The only hiccups we ran into were that there was dog hair in the carpet and on the bed that transferred to our clothes. To get into the VRBO, you use the garage to access the stay, not the door to the house. Besides those two things, were great!

We were registered to stay for six nights. We spent one night but left the next morning. I'm not sure why we even stayed one night. This was my first (and last) VRBO stay. The dresser contained dirty clothes from a previous guest. The unit smelled like cat urine and there was cat urine in the entryway and in a kitchen cabinet. There was black animal hair all over the floor of the entryway, dirt on the kitchen floor and white hair all over the carpet. There was mold under the kitchen drainer. The host told me to go ahead and check out and he would fix it but has been non-communitive since.
