Its close to family which is fantastic. Its just a bit outside of downtown Denver and if you are ambitious you can walk there. The neighborhood is very walkable, i go everywhere on foot. There are 2 groceries 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. Yoga, coffee shops, parks, indie restaurants and boutiques all 1 to 15 minutes walking. The bus line is just up the street. You can just park it and go on little adventures from this sweet little home base.They keep it clean, but there is wear n tear that could be addressed. Its warm, light and airy. The coffee is Folgers. Our only complaint is how close the carriagehouse is to the main house and neighboring houses, which isn’t really shown in pictures. It is quiet and comfortable and you feel like you do have your own little house in Denver. It is easy on and off the interstate but also close to downtown and so much that goes on in the area. The area was safe, secure and full of character. It had everything you would need if your plans are to be out an about. The only thing i wish there was some closet space to use, it was full of extra bedding/linens- so maybe this was a one time thing. Prompt replies to any of our questions from the owner and property management company. Parking was easily accessible right in front of the property. Perfect location to eateries, breweries, stadiums, and the downtown area. Only 12 minutes from Red Rocks too. You will not be disappointed with this adorable rental. We will definitely be back! There was no one in the main house during our stay so it was wonderfully private. We enjoyed sitting in the sun in the pretty backyard. Just a note: if you are looking for the fridge when you first walk in, it is behind the barn door that separates the living space from the bedroom. Great hosts. Whenever we had a question they were very quick to respond and help out. We stayed for 5 days and had a great stay. We really liked the location. The neighbourhood is safe and it was cool just to see all the different houses with both new and old architecture around. It was close to everything and we enjoyed exploring the city! The place is well put together and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We would definitely come back again!
