Welcome to Berkeley Retreat 3! This is a gorgeous single-family home that is all yours for your stay… there is no shared space! This home is located in the Berkeley area which is a subdivision of North Denver, as well as on the outskirts of Westminster and Arvada.
When you approach the home, you will be welcomed by the stunning view of Hidden Lake and the Rocky Mountains right from the front porch! You will find free off street parking for two vehicles in the driveway as well as room for two vehicles on the street. The front yard is fully fenced so that you may enjoy a cup of coffee while you take in the view and know that your children can play safely in the front yard!
Upon entering through the front door, you will be welcomed by a cozy, elegant living room with comfy furnishings, and a flat screen, smart TV to sign in to all of your favorite channels! You can either close the blackout blinds for movie time or open them for the lovely eastern sunshine!
As you continue through the home, the dining area opens off of the living room with space for four at the dining table under the lovely glow of a chandelier as well as seating for two at the breakfast bar! The dining room then flows into a large fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and everything a Chef’s heart desires! There is also an office workspace in the kitchen with free fiber optic internet service and basic office supplies for those of you that may need to work as you travel!
Off of the living/dining area, you will go down the hallway to two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower and tub as well as the laundry area with full-size front loading washer and dryer.
Each bedroom on this floor is absolutely stunning! Moody, rich paint color, beautiful paintings, new queen sized beds with wonderful mattresses, luxurious bedding and boho comforters! Both bedrooms have blackout shades, fans with remotes, large dressers for clothing storage, as well as closets, and new smart TVs with remotes!
The bathroom is located between each bedroom and is stocked with toilet paper, shower gel, plenty of fresh towels and a hairdryer!
Now to the basement level! The layout of this home is perfect for couples or families traveling together because the basement area offers privacy with two bedrooms and another full bathroom! Each bedroom on the basement level also offers new queen sized beds with the same luxurious bedding, smart TVs, blackout blinds and fans! The bathroom has a tub and shower and the same amenities as the upstairs bathroom!
Now let me describe to you the outdoor space of the backyard! The back door is off of the kitchen and as you step into the backyard, which is fully fenced with a privacy fence, you will be pleasantly surprised with the amount of professionally landscaped space as well as a large covered patio area with furnishings and a fire pit! My guests love the ambience in the evenings when the café lights kick on at dusk! There is also a patio area on the east side of the home with a table and seating for six because that is the shaded area in the evening so it is a lovely spot to enjoy dinner!
Now that you have a feel for the layout of this home, let’s talk about the amazing location! This home is literally five minutes from every major corridor in the Denver metro area! It will take you no time at all to access I 70 east and west, US 36 (Boulder Turnpike), I 25, I 76 and to top it off it is just two blocks from the Westminster light rail station! You can purchase your tickets from the kiosk at the station or on line for three dollars and it will have you in downtown Denver to Union Station in no time at all which is literally a stones throw away from Coors Field so that you can catch that Rockies game! I also must implore you to hop on I 70 W. and get up to our beautiful Rocky Mountains! Rocky Mountain National Park is a must see so make sure you make your reservation for access! If you hop on I 25 south my guests love to visit Meow Wolff as well as hop on US 36 and go visit our beautiful town of Boulder! This home is also very close to the trendy areas such as Lohi, Lodo, Tennyson Street and Denver’s River North Art District, a.k.a. RiNo!!! These trendy areas offer a plethora of restaurants, bars, breweries, shopping, and overall a lovely time!
Now last, but not least let me introduce myself! My name is Julia and I am a native of Colorado… as a matter of fact, I live in my grandfather‘s home, which is right next to the home I grew up in! I am always happy to give you recommendations for your stay! If you are traveling with friends and family, I have three more homes available all right next to each other! The home and vibe was amazing. It's very beautiful and the location was very close to downtown. It was also close to Blackhawk and not too far from Colorado Springs. The host was very kind and quickly answered any questions. The house was spacious and spotless!!! I highly recommend this property if you want a nice,relaxing vacation or a place to rest up for the next excursion.

We had an amazing stay and everything was way better than expected. Really clean and the house setup was super practical for us. Location was super close to everything we needed. We all loved it!
The house is beautiful, with a wonderful covered back patio with furniture (plus a side patio with table and grill). An excellent and well equipped kitchen. A block to the park by Hidden Lake for a nice walk. Easy access to the train at Sheridan, and very easy to get downtown by car.
Julia is awesome! Her house is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay! Our boys, 7 and 2, enjoyed the front and back yard spaces. We loved that both areas were fenced in. Both spaces are well manicured and the grass is so soft. Really great spaces to enjoy coffee or a meal any time of the day. There is also a driveway to park a vehicle which is always nice. Overall a wonderful place with a fantastic host!
