Three bedrooms on the main floor, each with queen beds.

Two bedrooms on basement level one has two twin beds and one has a queen/ twin bunk bed.

Basement sofa is a double pullout.

BATHROOMS
Main floor has one bath with a full shower and tub & single vanity.

Basement bathroom has a nice size shower and double vanities.

AMENITIES
Game Room has foosball table & air hockey table, as well as a large bean bag chair with a comfy couch.

Kitchen is WELL stocked with everything you need. Pots and pans, mixing bowls, knives, measuring cups, ninja blender & LOTS of counter space. Spices have accumulated over the years, so there should be a nice variety there for you.

Back Patio is fully covered, with string lights, a barbeque, a comfy patio sofa sectional as well as a dining table that seats 4. Cornhole boards are available for fun in the massive back yard.

Laundry Room is stocked with detergent and dryer sheets

2 Smart TVs - one in the upstairs living room and one in the basement.

PARKING:
The driveway will fit two cars tandem, and there is plenty of street parking as well. We do ask that guests park IN FRONT OF the gate, and please avoid opening it. The whole house and backyard is yours during your stay. We use a keypad entry and the code will be provided to you on the day of your stay. There is no access to the garage. We ask that guests park in front of the gate to the backyard and refrain from opening the gate. Thank you!

nice affordable space for large groups

Check in process was super simple and the hosts were constant with communication prior. Rooms and areas were all clean. The furniture is a little stiff but I just think that’s preference and didn’t majorly impact our stay at all. Loved the game room and big kitchen. Some utensils/equipment didn’t work like the can openers or hairdryer but it was a great stay regardless!

Beautiful, peaceful Colorado getaway

We absolutely had an amazing stay. The neighborhood was peaceful. Plenty of parking. The house is beautiful and perfect for a family stay. Well stocked with cookware and cutlery, etc. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions and concerns and issues. It’s also very close to grocery stores, gas stations and you can easily get to many attractions!We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Much bigger than it looks

Truly was not at the house much at all, we literally were there only to sleep and shower. Beds were comfortable, the house is very cute, but could have been a little cleaner. We didn’t get to use all the amenities the place had to offer. I would recommend this place.

Family vacation with three generations. House is tucked in a quiet older neighborhood. House was not dirty but certainly not clean. Clean sheets on top of very stained mattress pads. Vents snd carpets dirty. Kitchen reasonably stocked but not organized or clean. Lots of house rules yet I think when you pay for a home and a cleaning fee, you should expect it to be clean, well ordered and well maintained. Uncleaned coffee maker on arrival did not make us feel confident in the cleanliness or feel welcomed.
