Our mid-century, contemporary home is located on a quiet street close to all the amenities including the Streets at Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, Inverness Business Park, Park Meadows Mall, Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater, and University of Denver. With two skylights in the living room and an open-floor plan, this spacious home is flooded with natural light and is fully stocked to meet your needs.

The space:
With 2,885 sq. ft. of space, there is plenty of room for the whole family and friends too! There are three bedrooms on the main floor with two queen beds and a twin bed with a trundle, the main full bathroom, a full bathroom off the master bedroom, and a dining area and large living room with a wood-burning fireplace off the kitchen. The basement includes a large family room with a sectional that converts into two twin beds, a wood-burning fireplace, a full bathroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, an office/bedroom (air mattress can be used), and laundry. The large backyard is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a BBQ!

Guest access:
Entire home, including the double-car garage, is available for our guests.
